You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Returns
- Return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email orders@gmofbyfernmallis.com with your order reference and the items you are returning. We will reply with return instructions.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered.
- Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is because of our error.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
